How I Help
Four ways to work together.
Each solves a different problem.
Four finished products. One practice. Start where you are. Engage deeper when the situation calls for it.
The Lineup
Four models. One practice.
Each model delivers a finished outcome on its own. No model is a prerequisite for the next. Pick the one that fits your moment.

How They Relate
Four distinct models. One shared method.
Each model is a finished product. Calibrate isn't a lite version of anything. It solves a real problem (team alignment) on its own. The same is true for each of the other three.
That said, the models share a method. If you engage with Calibrate and find the problem runs deeper, Clarify picks up where Calibrate left off. Build can absorb prior work. Sustain can follow any of the above.
You never pay twice for the same thinking.

The Shared Method
Every model. Same four moves.
The depth varies. The logic does not. Every engagement, whether one day or twelve months, follows the same four moves.
Surface the real problems
Before any strategy, get underneath what the team thinks the problem is to what it actually is.
Pressure-test the real logic
Strategy is a chain of choices. Each one must hold up. Weak links get found, not hidden.
Make the trade-offs explicit
Every great strategy says what you won't do. Most strategies hide the no's. This one surfaces them.
Build the signal system
Strategy that can't sense failure will keep failing. The signals get installed on every engagement.
Not sure where you fit?
Many clients start with a Calibration because it gives both of us an honest read before committing to a deeper engagement. If you already know you need Clarify or Build, the Fit Call will confirm it. Either way, the conversation is the start.
